Robin Hill Eastbourne Nursery School first opened in 1989 by Karen Edgerton in the Eastbourne Nursery School existing building located close to the village of Meads, the town centre and the seafront. The inspiration behind Robin Hill Eastbourne Nursery School was and remains to provide a Nursery School that offers a warm, informal and caring environment for children aged 2-5 years old.

The ethos of the Eastbourne Nursery School is to provide an environment that is stimulating, absorbing and fun and that will allow children to develop their emotional, physical, social, educational and creative skills. These skills will prepare children for school and provide them with confidence and independence – essential for their future progress.

Unlike the majority of Eastbourne Nursery School providers Robin Hill still offers flexible sessions to suit parents' requirements. Subject to availability we are able to register children hourly for the times required between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday. We are also open throughout the year apart from Bank Holidays and the period between Christmas and the New Year. We do not adhere to rigid morning, afternoon or daily sessions apart from the grant funded sessions. Please see the Nursery School costs page for further details.
